We know you want us to get your products to you as quickly as possible so we dispatch most orders within 24 hours of it being placed, Monday to Friday. Goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or Tracked and will normally arrive within 2-3 working days of shipment. Please note these times are not guaranteed.

A delivery charge of £2.95 will apply to all orders no matter how many items you buy.

Larger or heavier orders may be sent by courier.

At busy periods such as Christmas, orders may take a little longer.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or change your mind you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned as new, unused and with all its original packaging and labels intact. Please enclose your Zhu-Zhu delivery note or your order number, name and address. We will not accept packages with postage due. Requests for refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you're withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you where you're returning an entire order.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please email us to inform us of the problem. For products that are faulty or damaged on arrival we will also organise collection or credit you for return shipping. The shipping cost refunded will be that which it would cost us to send it to you, this should be the cheapest method of posting and agreed with us in advance. In some cases a photograph showing the damage may be sufficient. Please contact us before returning goods for further instructions.
