Delivery

We know you want us to get your products to you as quickly as possible so we dispatch most orders within 24 hours of it being placed, Monday to Friday. Goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class and will normally arrive within 1-2 working days of shipment. Please note these times are not guaranteed.

A delivery charge of £2.95 will apply to all orders no matter how many items you buy.

Larger or heavier orders may be sent by courier, normally DHL.

At busy periods such as Christmas, orders may take a little longer.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned as new, unused and with all its original packaging and labels intact. Please enclose your Zhu-Zhu delivery note or your order number, name and address. We will not accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. For exchanges additional postage will be due.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please email us to inform us of the problem. For products that are faulty or damaged on arrival we will also credit you for return shipping. The shipping cost refunded will be that which it would cost us to send it to you. This should be the cheapest method of posting. In some cases a photograph showing the damage may be sufficient. Please contact us before returning goods for further instructions.
